Found a vehicle, asked for best price with tags, title

Found a vehicle, asked for best price with tags, title and fees. Specifically mentioned I do not purchase warranties as I have never done so during the 35 years I have buying cars. I am upfront about this during every vehicle purchase as I have never needed a warranty. When I arrive at the dealership (1/2 hour out of my way) after working a 12 hour day, I am immediately told they cannot sell the vehicle without a warranty. I have one thing to say, false advertising. Do not go to this dealership if you have all your ducks in a row as they will not service you, period.

If you have good credit, your own bank, and your own

If you have good credit, your own bank, and your own warranty, forget about it, they will not sell you their cars. I drove an hour and a half one Saturday to these people only to be told that they wont do the deal because they are not going to make any money from it. They have to sell Certified Pre Owned Warranties, and have to do deals with their banks because they get points for that he tells me. “So, I am not going to do this” Blessing in disguise because I got a newer truck by two years, with the same miles for around the same price, while that truck is still sitting on their lot. I wouldn’t buy a wheel-barrel from this particular Stoler store.

I recently purchased a car from Len Stoler, and it has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever had. At the time of purchase, I pointed out a chip in the windshield. The dealership acknowledged the issue and had paperwork signed stating the windshield would be repaired. I was only required to come back for the service. They even offered to provide a rental car while the repair was being done. Once they received my check, everything changed. For the past two months, I have been calling weekly trying to get the windshield fixed. Every time, I’m told someone will “get back to me,” but no one ever does. My calls and messages are ignored, including attempts to reach the salesperson who sold me the car. What’s even more alarming is that they will not provide me with a copy of the signed paperwork that confirms the windshield repair agreement. I’ve asked repeatedly, and I get absolutely no response. This dealership will tell you anything you want to hear until they have your money, and then completely disregard you afterward. The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend Len Stoler to anyone, under any circumstances. If you value honesty and follow-through, take your business elsewhere.

Last two times I had to take my car back after having oil

Last two times I had to take my car back after having oil change. First, broken seal. Second light still on. Replaced wiper blades, but not new for some reason. Had to be replaced again. Not pleased at all.

I had the same experience as someone had.

I had the same experience as someone had. They gave an appointment to travel for one hour to see a vehicle, then they sold the vehicle to another party. I think they pull this trick quite often. Massive waste of time and effort.
