This service was good but they came back with $10k worth
This service was good but they came back with $10k worth of service for the next one. Not sure how a car all time maintained with dealer service suddenly would require this kind of maintenance. This does not give me confidence in them.

Completely overpriced!
Completely overpriced! Used to be a great dealership and I did all my Maintenance there now their prices are what I would consider to be usary! For example, $500 for a simple seat latch that’s just the part. This dealership has gone completely downhill and I will be looking for another place to bring my car

Auggie was a pleasure to work while purchasing a new Accord at Livermore Honda. He was friendly, courteous and most importantly respectful and professional. After 25 years of leasing luxury brands, in part to get better customer service, I can say that this leadership treated me better than the Acura dealership I used for decades.
