I found a Tesla online and contacted them from

I found a Tesla online and contacted them from California. After working out a deal over email on Friday, I flew to Colorado on Monday to purchase the car and drive it back home. Before making the trip, I asked multiple times if there were any issues or error codes with the vehicle. The salesman repeatedly assured me there weren’t any problems. When I arrived at the dealership, I discovered the car was stuck in valet mode, which prevents you from accessing Tesla’s service diagnostics. They claimed they didn’t know the previous owner’s code to exit valet mode - already a red flag. When I pressed them about checking for error codes as I had specifically requested, they insisted they had checked and there was only a minor windshield washer fluid code. By this time it was nearly 10 PM, I’d been traveling all day, and I didn’t want to go home empty-handed, so I reluctantly proceeded with the purchase. During the financing process, I was sold a $3,000 extended warranty that the finance manager specifically told me would cover “everything except the battery” on my Tesla. This turned out to be completely false. The problems started immediately after leaving the lot. I spent two hours on the phone with Tesla getting the valet mode removed. Then the real nightmare began - the AC only blew hot air, and supercharging was extremely slow (taking over 2 hours for barely half a charge when it should take 30 minutes for a full charge). As someone who owns their third Tesla, I know these systems well. While driving through Utah, the AC completely failed and the car lost power, barely able to maintain 50 mph. When I finally accessed the service diagnostics, I found HUNDREDS of error codes dating back to early August (I bought the car August 19th). I immediately contacted the salesman with screenshots, and he promised the manager would call me back. That never happened. The car eventually became undriveable and needed to be towed to the nearest Tesla service center - 4 hours away. When I called the dealership for help, the manager refused to assist with towing costs and told me that once the car left their lot, it was entirely my responsibility. Even after I showed him proof that the error codes predated my purchase by weeks, he said it wasn’t his problem and to “take it to Tesla.” Tesla’s repair estimate came to over $5,000. When I contacted the extended warranty company I’d paid $3,000 for, they informed me that it was designed for gas vehicles and essentially useless for Teslas - covering only $1,000 worth of electric vehicle repairs. The finance manager had completely misrepresented what I was buying and failed to properly categorize my vehicle as electric/hybrid. I’ve tried repeatedly to resolve this situation reasonably. The manager has stopped returning my calls entirely, making me feel like a burden for expecting them to stand behind their sale. This is my only vehicle - I sold my previous Tesla the day before flying to Colorado specifically to buy this one. The evidence is overwhelming: Tesla service records showing pre-existing issues, warranty company confirmation that I was sold an inappropriate policy, and a paper trail of the dealership’s misrepresentations. Instead of doing the right thing and taking responsibility for selling me a severely damaged vehicle with a worthless warranty, they’ve chosen to ignore me completely. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache - shop elsewhere. This dealership cares only about making a quick sale, not about customer satisfaction or honest business practices. I can’t believe they think this approach will hold up if this goes to court

We test drove a used car.

We test drove a used car. Really liked it. Negotiated over the phone. We’re told to come in this morning to get it (we offered our credit card over the phone to hold it and were told they didn’t need that). Texted the sales person Connor last night at 9pm and he said we were still on for 9am this morning. When we got there at 9 he said they sold it and wanted to show us other cars. Total lies. Never trust this dealership.

Best place to trade and buy!

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.
