I brought my 2019 Alltrak in to get my front struts
I brought my 2019 Alltrak in to get my front struts looked at. I was told at another automotive repair shop that I needed to replace them and wanted a second opinion. You charged me $197 just to look at it and confirm that the struts did need to be replaced. I decided not to move forward with you as your quote was $700 higher than the other repair shop. So I spent almost $200 for you to tell me what I already knew, not cool. Your shop also said I needed a complete brake job which I found very interesting since a just replaced my brake pads less then 10,000 miles ago.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car was washed and the interior was cleaned. No other service department has ever been this thorough. The service was very timely, said my car would take 2 hours and it did.
