A lack of customer engagement is an overall issue within this location. You inquire about a vehicle. They insist a phone call is the only option they can exchange details, etc. I've never received one single email response from this dealership after the many inquiries I've made to them as well. A baffling sales tactic that honestly I presume loses them more customers than in gaining them.

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.
