I have leases three vehicles from Zieglar Hyundai and on each occasion the price was fair, the salesperson was professional, and the service was exceptional. I have referred friends and family to them in the past, and would not hesitate to due so again. Exceptional dealetship.

Spectacular purchase experience from Start to Finish.

Spectacular purchase experience from Start to Finish. I began my new car search on line. Worked with Lisa Smood in Zeigler's internet sales department. Gave her my desired color, features, trim level, and add-ons I wanted. She set up an appointment to come in. Met the sales manager who had me work with Isaiah McWhorter. Isaiah had my trade in evaluated and we arrived at a fair deal. Best part was they did not play games or try to low ball me which I sincerelyappreciated. They did not have the color I wanted. However, they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and had it brought in. Closed and picked up my new car a few days later. Zeigler clearly has a team approach to customer service. Isaiah introduced me to the finance manager who was awesome. He also introduced me to the service manager and the team in the parts department. They really value their customers. Even other sales people thanked me for my purchase. Isaiah and the entire team kept their promises and delivered an exceptional experience I will never forget. Thank you Thank you Isaiah McWhorter and EVERYONE at Team Zeigler Hyundai for the 5 Gold Star perfect 10 out of 10 aeesome purchase experience.

The team at Zeigler is excellent.

The team at Zeigler is excellent. From the service manager who checks in your car, the technicians who work on your car, the helpful guys in the parts department, and the cashier who finishes up the paperwork...a completely first class team and great experience. My salesperson Isaiah even stopped over to check in and mafe sure everything was going good and that I was still enjoying my vehicle. Outstanding team work and they keep you updated on the progress of the work being done. SPECTACULAR!!!

Began my search on line. Exchanged communication with Lisa in internet sales. Told her exactly what I was looking for right to to the trim level, color, and add-ons. She set me up with an appointment at the Zeigler dealership. The sales manager set met up with Isaiah. Isaiah had my trade evaluated and we hammered out the details. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so the ordered it in for me. I picked it up the following weekend. The entire experience was excellent. There were no games and no hassles at all. Isaiah hung in there to make sure I received everything I wanted. The entire staff... even the other salespeople were spectacular. Great 1st class experience from beginning to end. Thank you Isaiah!!! Thank you Team Zeigler for an outstanding experience.

I was very upset about the 3% fee on paying by credit

I was very upset about the 3% fee on paying by credit card. I come from Milwaukee to use your service. My credit card cash back "pays" for that. No free credit card use and I won't make the trip. And I wasn't told about the fee until after I agreed to extra services.
