In the past I have gone to Cars.
In the past I have gone to Cars.com found a vehicle made an appointment looked over the vehicle gave it a test drive and the vehicle was exactly as it was presented or better, This particular experience with the RAM 2500 was different the truck looked great in the pictures I made contact with the dealership on Oct.11 on Qct.12 2024 I made an appointment to drive from Beaumont Tx to Baytown Tx to check out the truck and purchase it, Upon the initial inspection for a 2022 the truck the truck looked nice I own a horse trailer so the first thing a looked at was the tailgate I could see it was slightly bent so I tried to open it and it appeared to be jammed closed and couldn't be opened, One of the managers did check it out and said he would have his Master mechanic look at it and work on it, I purchased the vehicle signed the paperwork as i prepared to make my way I noticed the headlights look dark I then discovered the headlight bulb was missing so out of curiosity I walked around the vehicle at that point I found out the spare tire was missing, Now after bringing all these discrepancies up to the manager He did tell me to bring it back so they could have their mechanic work on the tailgate and see if they could locate a spare tire along with another headlight bulb today is October 23, 2024 and I'm still waiting on a status on the truck. In my past experience buying a vehicle comes with a little anxiety when you start filling out all the paperwork then the excitement of purchasing a new or newer car takes over But at this point "Buyers Remorse" is what I feel at the moment

He was up front and actually stayed late after I left to get the process going for me to purchase the car I wanted.
