Infiniti lease

Great experience. Not a single criticism; friendly, professional, and straight forward. Andrew Dana was my salesperson and did a thorough job explaining the vehicle and the options. I was ready with my price in my head, and was shocked that Dorschel came back with a better price.

Ryan Chacinski at Dorschel Automotive

Ryan Chacinski provided me with the quintessential car buying experience. Ryan is an exceptional person. No ego. No qualifying, No pressure. Nothing mattered to Ryan except helping me be successful. Ryan is excellent. And It was also clear to me that Dorschel made it it all possible. They do it better.

Refreshing new car buying experience

I have purchased several new cars over the years, and this was my best experience by far. My salesman, Ryan Chacinski, was excellent. He was very friendly and very easy to work with, and did not use the usual high pressure tactics found at most dealers. He was knowledgable and had all the answers to my questions and concerns. It was great dealing with just one person for the entire transaction. Thanks to Ryan, the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely buy another car from Dorschel, and especially from Ryan.

Great experience with my purchase

Just picked up my new 2015 Infiniti Q50S Hybrid from Dorschel. My Salesrep, Andrew Dana, did a great job all the way through the process. Andrew did a fine job of laying out my options and answering my questions. Once we decided on a vehicle, he got everything processed and had the car ready within a few hours for a same day pickup. This is my second Infiniti purchase at Dorschel. Both experiences were Super! Love my new car.

First new car experience

I went too 4 different dealerships and no one was better than Natayla. She was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I'm a businessman and don't like misleading info but she's didn't do that. She is one the main reasons I picked the q50 over the Audi. I love my new car and she made sure I woudl.

Great customer service. Fast delivery!

We were in a rough spot with a broken car and busy schedule. Ed worked with us very quickly and efficiently, offering their best car for their best price. The team their was great with our impatient daughter offering everything and making us comfortable. Highly recommended

I had a pleasant experience at this dealership.

This was our first time at a Dorschel dealership. A very pleasant young woman at the reception desk contacted Andrew Dana. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We found the right car with his help.

Greart Experience, Great ssalesperson,

I had a great experience with Dorschel Infiniti. This was my first time in dealing with your company. I found Ryan, my salesperson, very personable, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely buy from him again. The only problem I had is that, I made an appointment to pick up my car, and it was not ready. I asked to have the inspection sticker moved, and received a message from Ryan that it would be done, and it wasn't even looked at. The car was very dirty inside. They had to get the boy to run and clean it again, and then it wasn't a good job- I had to finish cleaning it when I got home. I also spent two and a half to three hours washing the insides of the windows, vacuuming, and pulling off the shipping plastic on the car. Really? Fir a supposed luxury car to have to do this?
