I dealt with Emilio Baruffi in the Service Department.
I dealt with Emilio Baruffi in the Service Department. He was extremely helpful and a nice guy. He got me a ride home and called me during the process. My warranty wasn't on record. I went to Finance and they said they didn't have the technology to put my warranty on file. I got home and emailed Emilio my copies and he handled it all. He is an asset to the company.

Hi the work i had done was good but they changed the price. It was 4600... then when I went to pay it was 5600. I should have gotten a written estimate instead of text messages for an initial agreement. When I asked for the mgr.. he was in a meeting and could not be disturbed on a Friday early evening. Had to have my truck so I was basically forced to pay the difference. Wasn't great. This was over a bad trans. With 63000 miles on it. I should mention that the price originally was 8300... I said no... then 6300... I said no... then 4300.... I was told gmc was pitching in more money each time we asked...huh... never heard of that before but there it is. You make your own judgement as to the honesty of this transaction. I question it for sure. Thanks RL

Service manager Andy was great.
Service manager Andy was great....friendly, professional and very accommodating explaining what my options were for the car's issue. Andy even found a coupon to save me some money. The shuttle service was so nice allowing me to go home while the service was done on my car. My experience was 100% positive.

The prices are outrageous! A simple oil change is 200 dollars? Why? My vehicle is a Chevy Silverado $2500, Ramona’s tire did the job for $130.
