Great customer service.

Great customer service. Helpful, friendly, polite, thorough. The facility itself is also nice: clean and comfortable with nice amenities.

Last week I purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 Prime.

Last week I purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 Prime. The experience could not have been more relaxing. The trade in deal was fair and accurate, and working with Jarvis Lewis as the sales representative was a match made in heaven. Jarvis is respectful, accommodating, and made the sales anxiety-free. Congratulations to the Sales Department for retaining such a personal and professional person as Jarvis!

Sales person did not know much about car.

Sales person did not know much about car. Service is already contacting me; why? I just got the car on one day, and the next service contacted me. I had questions for them, left a message, and they never got back to me. The business manager tried to sell me up to $5000 of extra warranty products, when upfront I told him I was not interested.

I recently dealt with the Toyota side of Bob Johnson and

I recently dealt with the Toyota side of Bob Johnson and having dealt with the Kia side of the group, Toyota leaves you wanting. They wasn’t the attention to detail nor the comprehensive information that I should have been given and expected. I bought an EV for the first time and left without any explanation of the charger, charging procedure or expectations. The manuals were in a hidden cubby that I had to search for on my own.
