This dealership was amazing!

This dealership was amazing! Joe especially! He knows his stuff is to the point and very helpful with information about buying versus leasing. I have not had a great experience with my previous dealership west herr toyota so I was hesitant to come to another one. Everyone at Bob Johnson Toyota is very nice and they will work together which is wonderful! I love my new Camry and everyone who asks where it from I tell them and refer them to see Joe! He is a awesome assert to your team!

Stay away from this business.

Stay away from this business. They are not honest. I was told my check was not received to pay off my vehicle after it was mailed in 3 weeks prior. The bank said it cleared and I was still told Toyota didn't receive it. I needed another vehicle. I was told a vehicle would be available and sent my insurance card and registration to the salesperson. When I went to confirm it would be ready, I was told there was no vehicle.

I was told a vehicle would be available and sent my insurance card and registration to the salesperson. When I went to confirm it would be ready, I was told there was no vehicle.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a Toyota

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a Toyota Prius from Bob Johnson Toyota, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the wait time for the car was absolutely ridiculous. The saga began when I placed an order for a Toyota Prius in August 2023. Months passed without any updates on the status of my order. Despite my inquiries, the dealership seemed unable to provide any information on the whereabouts of my car. It's baffling that a reputable dealership like Bob Johnson Toyota couldn't even track the status of an order placed with Toyota. After enduring months of waiting in limbo, I was finally approached and asked if I would be willing to settle for another Prius if one became available. At this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency from the dealership. Upon delivery of the car, my frustration only intensified when I discovered that I was given only one key fob. When I questioned the dealership about the second key, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional six months or longer to receive it. This level of inconvenience and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable, especially considering the full market value I paid for the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. In conclusion, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota was marred by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. I will certainly never consider buying from this dealership again, nor will I ever trust Toyota after this ordeal. I cannot in good faith recommend them to others.

The people who work at Bob Johnson Toyota are not just

The people who work at Bob Johnson Toyota are not just nice. They are fabulous people who made me feel at ease immediately. They are helpful and very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. I couldn't ask for better service, they are the best. I know if I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle, they will go out of their way to make sure I get answers that will satisfy me and reinforce the fact that they are positively awesome. I'm sure my Toyota will last a long time but I think I will have to stop by to thank them again for their assistance. They are truly nice people.
