Once again I highly recommend you see Richard and Johnson when you go. Congratulations to Richard on getting promoted since the last time I purchased a new 2022 Kia K5 in 2022. Once again, the customer service was lit. The way Richard and Johnson were honest and patient with me was amazing. I am very happy with my new 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige FWD in Wolf Gray. If you want Chick-fil-A or Disney customer service ask for Richard or Johnson. I will be back in 2028 to upgrade to a Kia Telluride. Thank you both for making it happen for me. Also shout-out to the finance manager Brandon for being great to work with as well. Communication with this dealership is on point.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Adrian Jaramillo on February 27th. My scheduled service appointment was marred by unprofessional conduct and a lack of customer service. Specifically: - Mr. Jaramillo exhibited dismissive and disrespectful communication. - I received no status updates during a four-hour wait, and inquiries were met with rude responses. - Upon vehicle return, the initial issue was not resolved, and Mr. Jaramillo refused to address my concerns, incorrectly attributing the problem to the Kia Connect app. - I was required to contact Kia support independently to diagnose the actual issue, which was a software malfunction. - Mr. Jaramillo then declined to initiate a case with Kia due to "end of month" constraints, despite this being the original service request. - I discovered my email address had been altered preventing me from completing the customer satisfaction survey. - As service drive manager, Mr. Jaramillo's conduct is particularly concerning. I request that this feedback be addressed and that Mr. Jaramillo receive appropriate customer service training.

Dishonest dealer! I saw a car listed on carfax listed by Ken Garff Kia. I made a call, a sales guy, Wili quickly answered my call, told me that the car is being prepped, it was 16.5K. (it was listed as 16.9K online). I told him to shoot me the best out of door pricing...he came back and told me that they couldn't sell me the car, as someone made a mistake. I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that the manager was busy at the moment and for sure, he would return my call. Guess what? no calls, no response. Hey, you are a car dealer. List your car, and people browse and buy. If you cannot honor your pricing or even have the courtesy to return an inquiry call, then you are no diff than a street corner used car lot. Don't do business with them, no Wili, no Kia Bell Road. What a disappointment, they gave car sales professionals a bad name. Don't do business with them. I hope you guys will always be missing your bonus targets and be cheated by your buyers. Enjoy!

I took My car in because it needed something fixed.
I took My car in because it needed something fixed. It was there for 2 weeks when they said it would take 4 days. Kia never reimburse $50 for rental @ Enterprise and Never repaid for Lyfts , messed up on car twice and made me have to get rides for long time. Couldn’t get to work to make money .I’m not about their service business. I’ll go to Kia on Camelback but Kia on Bell road Ken hard was a nightmare experience and they haven’t owned up to their mistakes .
