Was extremely pleased with the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. They were very polite and explained everything in detail. I came with a lot of credit challenges and they made the deal work. Greatly appreciated.

Sam was excellent! He was very knowledgeable of all the different vehicles. This is not the first car I have purchased from Sam, and will not be my last. I strongly recommend you go see him if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Buyer beware. Fuccillo will take your deposit and...

Buyer beware. Fuccillo will take your deposit and continue to advertise the car to try and get better offers until the car leaves their lot. They obliviously are sales driven and customer service comes second. I was ready to drive over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from them when I was told the car needed brakes. Was told not to worry they would put a sold sign on the car if i provide my credit card information for a Deposit and reply to an automated text message confirming I would be coming to purchase the car as soon as they had the brakes replaced. I did everything they asked to hold the vehicle. They strung me along for 3 days until they received a better offer and sold the vehicle. I spoke with the General Manager Colby who told me sorry but he double sold the vehicle and there was nothing he could do. I would recommend you be very careful of the deals you make with this dealer as their Senior Leadership has no concern for keeping commitments is there is an extra buck to be made.

Poor Business Practices

Buyer beware. Fuccillo will take your deposit and continue to advertise the car to try and get better offers until the car leaves their lot. Yeah I thought the people were very good desales was good are the price was a good deal the funniest guy was very good any problem I have I've never bought a car new or used it didn't have two keys and they're telling me I have to they don't have a second key I have to pay that one me which I don't think is right that's what I'm I'm happy about thank youg

The whole staff was welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and got me into the car I wanted. The finance team worked there magic and got my payment as low as they could with 0 down. Thanks guys.
