The sales guy was a good help the frustration was lake of communication when my bank was open and I wanted the car but it was suppose to been sold then I went on a weekend out my way and it took way to long the attitudes were not as I expected I did not want to buy the car at all o actually regret the purchase but I left work and drove from my home town for something I was excited about until I got there, I did not feel valued as a customer I felt they could have cared less to have my business !!

Kenneth is very pleasant to work with....I've bought 2 vehicles here and have them serviced here as well. I never have gotten an up-sell, and the only additional service recommendation was to replace a battery that was at the end of it's lifespan. This is a good dealership in my opinion. I recommend Modern.
