For example one time thwy forgot a piece of cloth inside the hood. Last oil change they forgot tonplace the sticker on the windshield to show when my next mile oil change will be at

This is the second time I have brought my car in for an oil change and asked to have the engine undercover panel removed. Again I show up and it is not removed. I have no idea how this dealership remains in business. Owner should look at google reviews.

Bad customer service miscommunication car has been the shop for three days. I haven’t heard a word about it was told I’d hear about it the second day I dropped it off. No one said anything.
