Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Service was good.

Service was good. Everyone was pleasant and polite. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long.

First time we got service was terrible.

First time we got service was terrible. Sat there for 2 hours for oil change and they forgot about me but this time it was much better. Everybody was nice, very professional. They knew where everybody was when they went to lunch they told me, so I would know, and they put somebody else on my car to watch,which was very good because,last time the guy went to lunch and forgot about me. it was a good experience this time
