Charlie takes his salesman title to heart. His friendly demeanor and outstanding knowledge of the Cadillac brand sets him apart. My experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Any questions I had were swiftly answered and any promises made were fulfilled. I highly recommend this dealership and Charlie. They exceeded my expectations and I love my new CT5.

Sunni the sales representative was amazing, she went above and beyond helping me lock in this amazing deal. And had a lot of knowledge on the history of my vehicle, which gave me a great amount of security to purchase. However I was not keen working with the financial manager. I would recommend stand your grounds when dealing with him. Overall the dealership is professional and friendly. Prices advertised are the actual prices of vehicles.

From the salesperson Cristina Palacios to sales manager Fernando Ortiz & finance manager Pedro Almonte. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and worked together as a family to make sure I was highly satisfied.. Even one of the owners, Alex Collantes approached me to ask me how the whole process was and if I was satisfied.
