AutoSavvy in Santa Fe, New Mexico is the first AutoSavvy dealership in New Mexico. It also represents the 8th state that AutoSavvy dealerships operate in. We’re located about 20 minutes Southwest of Downtown Santa Fe. We welcome customers to our stores from Albuquerque to Roswell and even down towards Las Cruces. With roughly 100 cars on the lot on average, you should have no trouble finding the car, truck, SUV or van to meet your needs.

TERRIBLE.

TERRIBLE. I ASKED ABOUT THE SALVAGED TITLE’S AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THAT WAS RIGHT AFTER I ASKED IF THEY OFFERED A MILITARY DISCOUNT AND DIDN’T GET A RESPONSE ON THAT EITHER.

I bought a truck from autosavvy nine months ago I paid

I bought a truck from autosavvy nine months ago I paid 48000 they did tell me it was in a accident but I tried to sell it to get a smaller vehicle because my wife is sick going through chemo and she can longer get up in the truck now the truck is a 23 beautiful Silverado high country model but here's the kicker they only offered me 23000 for it and it only has 27000 mi I was told by this dealership where I tried to trade that the reason the quote was so low is that this truck was in a very severe accident I was never told that but they did say at autosavvy it was in a accident but they never said severe so now I'm stuck with a truck I'll never be able to get what I thought it would be worth so be very aware of these people ask a lot of questions I myself would never buy another vehicle from autosavvy and by the way now I know why it took 8 months to finally get my plates yes 8 mo

I have written several reviews but still cannot get a

I have written several reviews but still cannot get a answer from anyone it is very frustrating I'm now going on five months with no license plate and they can still not find the title to the truck every month they send me a new sticker via email to put on my back window and every time I call they tell me the same thing we will talk to so and so and get back to you but no one ever calls back they blame a ex employee for losing the title I know that can't be true like I said it's frustrating please I'm begging some buddy please help and tell me the truth

I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru WRX from AutoSavvy,

I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru WRX from AutoSavvy, and while my initial experience was positive, several issues have left me deeply disappointed. When I drove off the lot, the gas tank was empty, and although I asked the salesman, Jeremy, if they would fill it up, he informed me that they do not. Additionally, the key they provided was not programmed to the car, causing the alarm to go off every time I manually unlock it. I also discovered a missing floor mat. After updating my review to express my frustration, Justin, the manager, reached out and promised to resolve these issues. He advised that he would not be available on the day I was going to visit but assured me that another manager would be informed. However, upon arrival, no one seemed aware of the situation, and I was told to return on another day to speak with Justin. Upon my return, I was told that nothing had been done regarding the key issue, which continues to cause significant stress. It’s baffling that such a crucial detail was overlooked, and the lack of follow-up has been incredibly frustrating. Although Angel managed to provide me with the missing floor mat and added $20 of gas to the tank, I have yet to receive any contact about programming the key, even though 24 hours have passed since the promise. The lack of professionalism and communication from the management has been disappointing. It’s vital for customers to be informed and treated with respect, and this experience has shown a clear deficiency in those areas. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service moving forward

Don’t buy from this place all cars can be looked up

Don’t buy from this place all cars can be looked up please look up Y’all’s vin Numbers on cars they have and they all have Bad Damage!!! And not only that if you try trading some place else your value of your car will be just as bad! Please look up the vins on all cars! Don’t be like me and fall for this!
