STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a 2014 CRV from Sam who either runs this business or owns it, the car was in rough shape but he sold me on a free warranty and assured me the car was in good mechanical condition. A few days after I noticed a shudder in the transmission from 2nd to 3rd gear, I tried calling Sam about this but It was very difficult to get ahold of him. After having patience for about a week I kept calling the dealership every day until Sam picked up. He told me to wait until the car passed 1k miles from when I bought it to file a warranty claim which makes no sense but I agreed. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER the ignition went bad and I had to get it TOWED to a nearby shop. The shop told me there had been tampering because there was zip ties found holding the ignition together. This wouldn't have been a problem if it was covered under the warranty Sam sold me on, but of course it was not! Now I have to pay $1,060 for a new ignition, and when I called Sam to explain the problem I had, he said, "I know, I know" then accused me of putting words in his mouth because I asked why he would sell me the car if he knew the ignition was going to go bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place you're much better off buying a car for an extra 3-5K at a certified pre owned dealer or a large name brand dealer. The pictures are of the ignition in the condition that it was sold to me in. Thanks again Sam for making a family's life much more difficult!

I bought what I thought was a nice SUV about a year and a half ago.. it's a luxury SUV mind you.. I didn't know the bumping in the back was actually the electronic rear differential going out.. the truck was not serviced so the engine almost blew... I took it to the oil change place at the Infinity dealership.. paid $1,000 to get the transmission fluid done and the car checked up.. 6 to 8 months after that the engine start going out.. mind you I was doing proper maintenance to the car ever since I purchased it.. so they are selling bad cars in luxury SUVs for a nice price.. and I'm still dealing with the issue right now.. now I have to trade it in for way lower the value than I purchased it for.. it really pissed me off..

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! We purchased a car for my son who just turned 16. Sam assured us we were getting a great car at a great price. 23 days later, the car broke down. After several attempts to contact Sam, he finally responded and asked that we take the car to his mechanic but not before trying to tell us that he wasn’t responsible. After paying the mechanic bill (they did pay half) we drove the car home. While my son was driving to school the next morning, It broke down again. We took it to another mechanic (the manufacturer dealership) and was told it needs a new motor and would cost us 15,000 which is more than the price of the car. We have no choice but to take legal action due to the fact that we cannot contact nor get a return call from the dealership. Save yourself time, money, and stress, go somewhere else!
