The finance person told me I had to purchase an extended

The finance person told me I had to purchase an extended warranty and put more money down to get a certain lower interest rate. He told me that at the new lower interest rate - even with the extended warranty included - my payments were virtually the same. Made it sound like the warranty would basically be free. Then the contract had the higher interest rate and the warranty (at the payment he quoted). He told me to come back in and he would rewrite the contract at the lower rate to make it right. Then when I told him to cancel the warranty he said I couldn’t and also that if he did I could not get the lower interest rate. This is called rate recession and payment packing and it’s illegal and unethical. The general manager was able to rewrite my contract at the lower rate and without the warranty

They were very helpful to deal with.

They were very helpful to deal with. There are some bugs with the out of state taxes software that they use but they worked with me yo get it sorted out
