I made the journey from Mt.

I made the journey from Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado to Shottenkirk CDJ in Granbury specifically to purchase my new truck from Temo Lall. He made the entire experience incredibly smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Temo even went above and beyond by to picking me up from the airport in Dallas. Despite his funny accent, I am more than willing to continue buying vehicles from Temo Lall as long as he's in the business!

Beware!

Beware! Don't give them your keys. I drove two hours with my family to purchase two Grand Cherokee L's. The salesman Michael A was flat, and very unhelpful. Several cars listed on the website were loaned out from the service department. No problem. We sat down to discuss numbers, to my surprise they added $1700 for their all-star package that included window tint and protect film to protect the edge of the doors. Cost the dealership maybe $200. But that's not where the problems ended. After not being able to agree on pricing I asked for my keys. I was direct with the salesman that I was veteran and that I didn't want to play this game where they hold my keys and not let me leave. That it in fact triggers me because it happened to me before. Well, he left and returned with his manager 10 minutes later. The manager had another deal sheet but no keys. Instantly, I felt caged in and the scene ensued just as I predicted. If a company would knowingly do this to a veteran...on Memorial Day no less, there is no telling what they are capable of. Take your chances if you want to go there. But don't surrender your keys!

I love this group of people, they make you feel special

I love this group of people, they make you feel special and valued. I always leave with a smile on my face. Kirk in the service dept. and Kirk in sales are A+. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership...

I feel like I was scammed before I made it to the

I feel like I was scammed before I made it to the dealership, I asked for a bill of sale but was told the finance guy would probably be to busy, so my salesmen said he would just text me an out of the door price, after looking at paperwork when I made it home, nothing explained at dealership, I realized the numbers had been moved around to their favorite.

The guy over finance was horrible, Jose was the go between, who answered to the guy over finance, very nice man, they placed all the blame on him why it was taking so long!

Very disappointed in this dealership.

Very disappointed in this dealership. I have been taking my car to them since 2019 when I moved to Granbury. Prior to 2023 they did an excellent job, but since Feb of 2023, I have had to return my Durango to them 4 times now for the same problem. After performing a break job, which I requested in Feb of 2023, where they said I also needed to turn the rotors and several other maintenance items, costing me 1800.00+. I trusted them and said yes. After this service, the car started doing something it had never done in the past 10 years. Which is when the brakes are slightly applied at high speeds on Expressway roads so between 65 and 75 the steering wheel vibrates extremely, to the point I was concerned I would loose control. (please note I did not discover the issue right after the service was performed for this time and all the other times to come. Instead I discovered it a few months later, as I live in a small TX town and rarely travel on Express HWY unless going to Dallas. Once I did discover it of course I took it back, (April 2023) told them the situation, guess what, they said I need to actually replace the front and back rotors more money from me. I said ok trusting them a 2nd time. Guess what, same thing happens again exact same issue as before. I take it back a 3rd time, (Nov 2023) they say the rotors they put on are bad just bad parts. They did not charge me, however they did change them or they say they changed them for free under warranty. Guess what I have just returned it again as of May 16th same issue again. They have now had my car since May 16th this review is being written on May 24th. They did not even look at it until May 23rd. When I spoke to the repair rep today, I called him. I was told the technician is going thru all the previous repairs, making sure everything is tight, and he thinks the rotors are bad again? And maybe it is something new actually, they just noticed it may be the lower control arms are cracking and the driver side bushing is starting to crack. Once again this happens to older cars. Ok I get that 100% but what is causing the problem that you created? Was it missed diagnosed when you charged me for the rotors you put in? They have also performed several jobs on the front end, I have spent thousands of $ with this dealership and cannot believe, that now they may have ruined my lovely well functioning car and still find a way to make me pay for their mistake. If I had to do it over again, I should have taken it to another Dodge dealership, that knows what they are doing. I suggest you read this and make sure you understand what they are doing and not just trust like I did. I hope I can get my car functioning properly again. One note: I take very good care of my car, I always take it to the dealership to repair as I feel they know it better and will take care of it better than other garages. But I guess they are proving me wrong at least the one in Granbury is.
