The service was efficient and done well .

The service was efficient and done well . My only complaint would be after the service they washed car and brought it done — well my car was cleaner before they washed it as they do not wipe them down - it was BAD with water spots. When I got it home I rewatched and wiped down got it looking first class again NOT second class !!!!!

Well appointed inside and out customer service waiting areas. Informative staff and a free car wash. Bring a debit card or cash unfortunately since cannon charges a credit card fee.

I started working with Fred in the middle of the week via

I started working with Fred in the middle of the week via text and then was able to meet him on Saturday to discuss the vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. He was easy to work with and I didn't feel he was pushy about anything. Jessica was the finance person who helped me and she was great to work with as well. I appreciated her knowledge and openness about my loan.

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback from Subaru Lakeland, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The entire process went smooth and I left the Dealership completely satisfied with my deal. Everyone was helpful and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Subaru Lakeland to family and friends. Having said all this the key to my decision from start to finish was the Salesman Eric Guerrero. He treated me like family. I have purchased and leased many cars however this was the first time I drove away feeling respected and sincerely appreciated. Thanks Eric. May the Lord continue to Bless you.
