I visited Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa
I visited Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Ram 2500 Laramie. Brian was the salesperson who showed me the truck and was very professional. However, I did not receive the same service from the manager Ray. He was not interested in talking with me nor did he get up from his chair to greet me. The next day I received an offer for purchase which included my trade vehicle. I asked Ray if he could provide a breakdown of the bottom line, e.g. taxes, tags, trade etc. His response was "All you need to know is your trade and $13,000". I was taken by his response and asked him again, he again replied with the same comment. I hung up and went somewhere else where I purchased a much better Ram truck. I would not recommend this dealership if you had to work with Ray. I gave a one star because ZERO is not an option.

Went in by mistake..was supposed to go to another dealer..spoke to ISAAC. Very helpful, very patient, not pushy. Walked out with a Ram 3500 diesel..Turns out the mistake wasn't that bad

Brian Sciorra, our salesperson was .very professional. We test drove the car, loved it, signed the papers and were in and out within an hour! So appreciate the follow up, he called to see if we had any questions regarding the car. No pressure! This is how car buying should be!!! Thank you we 100% recommend this dealership!

I agree with the bait and switch.
I agree with the bait and switch. Car salesman are trained to rip you off right to your face. This dealership is no different added $6000 onto the sales price. Didn't care just stormed away mad when I told them I didn't want it.

I had a great experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa. I was met by Kathy who was great. She was very polite and helpful. Then I met Ciara. She was terrific. She was patient and made me feel very comfortable. I met Jay afterwards who help me find great car, a car I actually had been thinking about! Jay was very knowledgeable and found me the financing I needed. They all made my experience seamless and fast. Finally, I met Ray who was very polite and helpful as well. I would recommend anyone to come to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa for their next purchase of a vehicle.

Jenkins is by far the biggest rip off dealership in
Jenkins is by far the biggest rip off dealership in Florida. Do not believe their listed prices, they will add thousands of dollars in bogus dealer fees.....This used to be the Crystal dealerships and we had purchased over a dozen vehicles from them and never had an issue, Jenkins will treat you like a fool by offering you 25% of your trade in value, and add thousands in fee's that are all xx.......Please save your family's money by shopping somewhere else......

ZERO STARS for service department. FEMALES BEWARE My daughter visited the service department with explicit instructions to delete the transmission DTC Codes, reset the VLP Counters and do a transmission diagnostic. Service writer basically told her that we are Ram certified and the tech will do it correctly. She visited the dealership this morning and was told that she needed a new transmission in her Promaster. The codes were not cleared and the explanation was that they'd come back on anyways. This code comes on after 2,000 miles of fault detection. Service writer refused to do the job that was requested and charged for the diagnostics. "P1745 – Line Pressure Too High for Too Long. This code is for 62TE and typically requires the "Clear Variable Line Pressure (VLP) Counters” procedure to be performed with a scanner under miscellaneous functions" "The P1745 code sets when transmission line pressure has been too high for too long. This can be set by an internal trans issue (not likely), the line pressure solenoid, the solenoid's wiring, an inaccurate line pressure sensor or it's wiring, or an internal failure in the powertrain control module" "The p1745 code is informational for the tech. Your transmission is operating in open loop line pressure for 2000 miles or 1000 2-3 upshifts. Tranny not designed to operate in open-loop for extended period. To erase the DTC you need to reset the VLP shift counter and the output tooth counter"
