I’m on my 21st caddy and so sorry the CT 6 is only

I’m on my 21st caddy and so sorry the CT 6 is only available in battery powered. I will never own a battery powered car. . If a gas utility vehicle is not available, I will probably have to buy another American made car

Awesome salesman Derry Jones handled my out of state (TN)

Awesome salesman Derry Jones handled my out of state (TN) interest in a loaded 2026 Lyric Signature Sport that had EVERYTHING and more. Derryl communicated promptly each step of the way, providing me videos of the vehicle and coordinating a few add-ons, ultimately delivering a fantastic vehicle for a great price! Service was outstanding! Derryl arranged for my airport pickup by super friendly driver Hector, who drove their Courtesy Car (Lyric), providing red carpet treatment! David Dixon, Dealership Finance Guru, did a phenomenal job with all the extra paperwork needed for the out of state registration. Shannon (Accounting) was great help sending me an additional temp. license plate and my TN registration, expedited via Fedex! Excellent team and management at Cadillac Lakeland! Well worth my trip from TN, I'd do it again for my next car!

A $3,000 car care package was added to the invoice

A $3,000 car care package was added to the invoice without my authorization. The offer on my trade-in was low. My wife was not pleased. She felt we were not treated with "repsect and dignity."
