Great communication! I talked to the person in charge of making sure my car was repaired not their voice mail! Service done quickly resolving the problem completely.

Took my bosses Lexus in to be serviced and had them do a
Took my bosses Lexus in to be serviced and had them do a beginner detail. I’ve taken my vehicles to get detailed before and they didn’t come close to the job that Ford did in Harvard. Service managers are excellent have been always given a courtesy ride home and back. Keep up the good work.
