Couldn’t be happier.

I was at my boyfriends parents for Christmas in Illinois

I was at my boyfriends parents for Christmas in Illinois and we needed to get back to Indiana for Christmas with my family on Saturday. The water pump on my Explorer was leaking when we arrived in Illinois. His dad sent an email Christmas night to Kim in Service and she called the next morning early to say that Harvard Ford could get it in right away. It is a big job but they had it ready to go Friday at 10:00am. We were able to get back to Indiana without borrowing a car and then out to his place in Iowa the next Monday without having to meet and trade back a car. It is a little nerve racking to jump in a repaired car to drive 5 hours and then 10 hours but we had zero issues. It speaks well to the skill of the Mechanic. It really worked out well and they were professional and very fair with the bill for the job. It was much appreciated. Andrea
