Selected the place for a flat tire which required a replacement. The work was fast but did not set the tire pressure right so now my car is imbalance on one side. I haven't seen my advisor for the entire period, only during the phone. I was not greeted for at least one minute. I wouldn't even know where my car was during the pick up, luckly I spotted it myself. The only person I interact is the cashier where I paid for the $$$ where they had a good attitude (which they should). The advisor tried to explain what's going on and asked me to bring it back to fix it. But I do not have time to just go there for something like this, which would waste me at least an hour in my life due to a mistake they made. I am very disappointed with this service and will go to Peabody instead in the future.
