I drove from Peotone to Morton Grove to view a particular car I saw on their website. My sales consultant, Svyat, was very nice, down to earth and knowledgeable. He and his manager worked with me on the price in a kind way. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Napelton Honda of Morton Grove. Ask for Svyat. He is a kind young man from Ukraine who is very professional and respectful. Thank you 😊

ANOTHER HORRIBLE UPDATE: The dealership requests on their

ANOTHER HORRIBLE UPDATE: The dealership requests on their dispute resolution agreement that we both signed to email the execs email to start dispute resolution. This has been completed and they fail to respond. When I reached out via text they stated they are no longer going to respond. They are just trying to ignore the situation now in hopes that it will go away. They agreed to take the car back and return my money but now just ghosting…WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! DECEPTIVE BUSINESS!! HORRIBLE UPDATE: After going back and forth with Shalmoun, he stated they would take the car back and return my money but that I had to get the car back up there. This was on Friday. This was obviously an issue as the car would not start. I asked if they had suggestions for. A car hauler or to get the car onto a trailer to return, they said no. I tried to negotiate with them due to the cost, Shalmoun said he would talk to Napleton and call me back on Friday, which he never did. I called on Saturday and Monday and they said he wasn’t in, finally talk to him on Tuesday and he says Napleton wanted to offer me $500 as a “good gesture” to keep the car. I said no and that I would just find a way to get it returned and he said “on no, that offer is no longer on the table”. As you can imagine I was shocked and upset. In Illinois, misrepresenting a car's condition violates the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and can lead to claims of fraud. If Napleton doesn’t do the right thing, I will seek all remedies of the 4k plus lawyer fees through the Attorney General as everything is in writing! Worst car buying experience! Deceptive business practices…BEWARE!!! I’m on my 5th 4Runner and I was looking for a used 4runner for my son. I live in Indy so I was very vocal about ensuring that an inspection was completed and no rust. Assured me mint condition, in writing said only thing found during inspection was a TPS sensor that would cost $50 bucks and no rust. So, I flew up to Chicago, took an hour uber car ride, get there and the vehicle does in fact have rust, and when we went on the test drive the AC was not blowing cold, just warm. I said I’m not buying a car with no AC, he said ok let me have my maintenance team check it out. Comes back 30 mins later said it’s an actuator and just low on Freon so we put some in it and it’s blowing cold now. Here’s the part #s it’s only going to cost $200 for the part, $500 to fix. We go back and forth and they agree to take $350 off. They knew I was out of town, they knew I was going off their inspection and being honest. I have in writing they said these were the only things wrong with it. Get it home, no AC, car died and had to be jumped, battery light came on, AC light blinking, Air Tire light blinking. Nothing was working properly within a 3 Hour car ride home. I called and said I wanted to return the car, it needs an entire new AC and alternator and their exact words, nothing we can do, it’s as is…I said but you said you inspected it and these were the only 2 things wrong, that’s deceptive as there is absolutely no way they didn’t know the cars AC and alternator were out and put a bandaid on it to try and cover it up until I signed and left! Horrible business practices, already called the BBB and Federal Trade Commission and my lawyer will be in contact and will be suing the dealership for deceptive business practices and failing to disclose defects and existing damage.

We bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE here and were told to call if any problems came up. Within days, we uncovered multiple dangerous defects: cracked tires, failed struts, a torn CV boot, broken control arm, and a dead audio system. None of this was disclosed at purchase. The dealer’s response was “as-is, too bad” and a laughable 10% discount on future repairs. Safety clearly isn’t their concern, only closing the deal. This isn’t wear and tear: it’s negligence. Save yourself the trouble and buy your used car anywhere else.

Bought a civic.

Bought a civic. Emad was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The price was good based on market averages. Negotiation part was fine but what negotiation is really fun. Chelsey in the finance department was the most helpful and cheerful F&I manager I’ve met from buying cars for years. Store is clean, small lot, but busy road for test drive. Only issue for the general manger, invest in a real coffee unit—other Honda stores in the area have great coffee selections, would have love me a flat white
