We were referred here by my friend and bought a new car...

We were referred here by my friend and bought a new car last week. The sales person name "Dan Pak" was really helpful with selecting a car We talked for long time to discuss what kind of car I should get and He was being so nice and kind for whole time and gave us a really good price!!! I'll definitely come back when I need a new car in the future

We had a 2001 Odyssey for 13 years and 140,000 miles...

We had a 2001 Odyssey for 13 years and 140,000 miles which we loved but it was time for a new car. We had decided to buy a PIlot this time and went to Castle to look at one after a couple of recommendations from co-workers. We walked in and spoke to Nora who handed us a set of keys to a 2014 Pilot. We drove it and really liked it but finally settled on another Odyssey. It is the perfect vehicle for us just as our old Odyssey was 13 years ago. My co-workers had both told me the same thing; call around for your best deal then call Nora (at Castle). I did that for a few days then called Nora back. I ended up with a very fair price for the EX-L we wanted and the buying process was about as painless and it could be. We had our own financing and no trade so the deal was pretty simple - get the best out the door price. Nora and Harris provided friendly help but did not pressure us at all, on the contrary she encouraged me to call around for a deal so I would know I was getting a good deal. I did and I would definitely buy from her again.

This past Friday, my mom bought a new car from Castle...

This past Friday, my mom bought a new car from Castle Honda in Morton Grove. She had a great experience and she got to make a deal in her native language, Polish. She dealt with Marian Cierpiala. He explained the financing in detail and she made a purchase. On Sunday, I reviewed the sale contract and noticed that she purchased a life and disability insurance. When I asked her about it she was surprised as she remembers telling Mr. Cierpiala she did not want the insurance as she already has coverage through her work. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English that well so she didn't read the contract before she signed it. She has spent Monday and Tuesday calling and emailing Mr. Cierpiala. Needless to say, he has not bothered to return her calls. So, finally I had called a manager complaining about the situation and 2 minutes later Mr. Cierpiala calls my mom telling her that he got her a special financing deal that he could only get her because she has purchased insurance through them and if she decided to cancel her interest rate would go up by 1 point. After some discussions, I believe this entire issue will be resolved, meaning the insurance coverage will be canceled and the cancellation will not affect her original financing contract. The bottom line, always read before you sign!

Liars and would add random things such as life insurance...

Liars and would add random things such as life insurance and other policy without telling you…… One of the worst human being i've met! Liar, takes advantage of people!!!!! I rarely write any reviews at all….. But this is too much!

I was glad to get a new car. When I went to the Castle Honda, Harris, the salesman gave me a good explanation of the car. He was very friendly and nice to me. I love the car and I hope other people buy the car at Castle Honda as well.

I visited this dealership 3 times during this week, Tom...

I visited this dealership 3 times during this week, Tom the sales person was very polite and super friendly he showed me different models of the 2013 honda accord. I really like this car and came back today to buy it. But when we met the Finance Guy Marian Cierpiala that's when my experience gave a 360• turn this guy was very unprofessional he treated me very bad.He even said that he didn't needed my business, telling me that my money was worthless. I walked away from there not wanting to buy a car anymore. So sad that people like this guy handles our personal information and knows where we work and how much we make for living. Daniel
