I purchased a truck a month ago and haven’t had the car

I purchased a truck a month ago and haven’t had the car in my possession for more than 5 days. The truck has been nothing but problems including check engine lights and transmission shakes. We have tried to talk to the general manager but he never responds to our calls. As the truck has been in my possession for five days I asked for a trade in which is the contract language. This dealership has decided to avoid contractual obligations by ignoring the customer. be aware this is not a dealership you should deal with. Please do not use this location. It will only cause you trouble.

I purchased a truck a month ago and haven’t had the car in my possession for more than 5 days. The truck has been nothing but problems including check engine lights and transmission shakes. We have tried to talk to the general manager but he never responds to our calls. As the truck has been in my possession for five days I asked for a trade in which is the contract language. This dealership has decided to avoid contractual obligations by ignoring the customer. be aware this is not a dealership you should deal with. Please do not use this location. It will only cause you trouble.

Wish I could give 0 stars.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy a car here - We purchased a car a month ago under the 90 day warranty. We ran into some check engine light issues and the whole car shaking, they took 3 weeks to decide they could not fix the issue. They sent us to the ford autonation and autonation 104 would not cover the cost of the suggested repair. We paid for the repair out of pocket and the engine light went off on the drive home. Have just made the 4th or 5th trip to drop the car back off. We have now had our car at home for a total of 5 days out of the month with no rental car being offered. We have tried calling the general manager and have not received a single call back or acknowledgement of the call. Do yourself a favor on such a big investment and go elsewhere to avoid the headache we have been through. Autonation ford in Littleton has been incredible, communicative and has treated us like real people when this wasn’t their problem to deal with. I would highly suggest using them instead.

Do NOT buy a car here!

Do NOT buy a car here! The last two cars we bought from this dealership have been 100% lemons and pieces of junk The first one, a 2012 Ford Taurus SEL was in the shop eight months out of the first 12 months that we owned it. And then it was never right, and we were lucky to get rid of it The next car, a 2014 Ford escape Is also a piece of junk. I have owned it for 11 months and put $2500 into it just to keep it running And now the transmission is out and they want $7000 to fix it Called in for the general manager twice… Not available Received a sales manager, who basically told me he doesn’t give a xxxx about the car or his customers - which I have been for many years At AutoNation - because the car doesn’t have a warranty, and then basically hung up on me This is the kind of people they have working there… Fair warning stay away from this dealership!!!

My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search

My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search and were worried coming here may be just one more example of the sleazy used car salesman trope--we could not have been more wrong!! Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within the Autonation inventory, but still wanted to go out of our way to leave a review for Joseph because he made that much of an impact! A great ally in the stressful, overwhelming process of a big purchase :)
