My car is under the manufacture warranty still. It had issues in October. It was there a week. No loaner available. Again on 12/24 problems and an engine light. I called but no loaner available and I needed a vehicle . I asked about a loaner and was told maybe in a week . Asked to put me on a list for needing one. It was towed on Jan 9 2026. I have been waiting ever since for my vehicle. I’ve had to call to find out what’s going on. I have asked for a loaner or reimbursement for a rental ( which they do not contract with any rental company). No , nope, nothing. No consideration. Lack of communication. Everything has been we are working on it . Ridiculous when you buy a nice car and there is such a lack of customer service. Much less a 4 year old car with 40,000 miles and it’s had mechanical/electri issues twice in 60 days ! Ugh! Never again !

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. AT ALL GO FIND ANOTHER DEALER. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL MOST LIKLEY COMMIT FRAUD. Signed Contract: February 19,2024 I verbally agreed to sign as a Co-Signer and after 6 months my name would be removed. After 6 months I went to this dealer to get my name removed from the contract and they kept bouncing me from person to person and nobody was able to explain how that mistake happened, and then they sent a different manager to try to intimdate me. Even after the 6 months there is nothing you can do. They do not go through with there word. They deceived me and put the car complete under my name. They even sent someone all the way to my house and assured me I would get the contract the next day. I never received it till a June 2025. THE SALES PERSON WAS A GUY : AZAEL R. TILL THIS DAY I AM STILL TRYING FIGURE THIS OUT SO FIND ANOTHER DEALER THEY WILL LIE AND DECEIVE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE COMMISSION.

Very unprofessional staff!
Very unprofessional staff!! Viviana was my contact at the dealer and I specifically asked her for a certain vehicle that I wanted to test drive. She confirmed it was available. Drove for 40 minutes each way to find out the vehicle had been sold days before. Honesty is very important to me so I do not appreciate being lied to. Very frustrating experience and will never do business with them again.

This has been the worst dealer I have ever been to. It is a terrible service. The sellers do not know how to give information. The managers do not resolve anything. My car has been in service for more than two months and nothing. They deliver it when the brand of the car already called me. that was already ready.

I took my Audi 2018 A6 for what was promised by my service advisor that they would do. They lied to me instead they wanted to charge me $295 diagnose fee for something that was covered under my warrantee but delayed by the dealership for lack of staff. Don't take them at their word demand everything in writing. The most incompetent service department I have ever experienced in all my dealings for my automotive needs. Audi should take this franchise away from its current owners as they lack every ability to meet Audi standards of excellence in service. I question why are they even in business as authorized dealer?. New service manager is no different than his predecessor that sat warming that seat in the service department. He lacks every ability in decision making on every front. The service advisors lack every knowledge an automotive advisor must possess. Weekend staff is ghost I wonder why are they even open on Saturdays. They always try to work themselves out of honoring manufacture warranty claims under some pretense or another while the car is still under warranty and covered by Audi. I have had many negative dealings with Audi of Valencia and its service department. I hope Audi opens its eyes on the circus that is being orchestrated here in Valencia with this group.

They refuse to fix cars under full Audi warranty they state that they do not have proper staff to address the issue and ask you to wait into the future to address those issues that are not mechanical. Then when you go back they tell you your car is no longer under warranty and nothing in the system shows such complaint. Make sure when you go to Audi of Valencia your service advisor states line by line each issue and DO NOT accept any rain check into the future. I got burned by believing service advisor Justin that my windows rolling up and down will be addressed. Well now his no longer employed there and the new manager refused me such courtesy service. Hi Tony I just called the number you provided to call you at Audi of Valencia. The call was answered by Myron Collins and when I asked for you he said "You are a ghost" meaning you are never at the dealership. He then put me on hold and a gentleman by the name of Joseph S. came on the call in stating that his the sales manager and he can help me. After he and I spoke for almost 40 minutes it was a just not leading to any resolution. He stated you put your call back phone number in the manner you response to negative reviews so that he addresses the issues. I ask how can a sales manager address a service issue when the service manager failed?. Your dealership just does not possess leaders who are ready to take on the problems head on.
I received a call from a finance guy on 4/14/24 telling
I received a call from a finance guy on 4/14/24 telling me that my uncle had put me down as a reference. He continued to tell me what car it was and that my uncle had no credit but that it was fine because I could co-sign for him and in 6 months, I could be taken off the loan. The finance guy told me that my uncle did not want to call me and was too embarrassed to ask and reminded me that I was family and family should help each other out and that my uncle would never screw me over, keep in mind I've never met this guy and I've never talked to my uncle about the possibility of cosigning a car loan. I start asking questions and tell the finance guy that this is a big decision and responsibility as I'm about to ask more questions he cuts me off and tells me to talk to my uncle. I tell my uncle I'm not done asking questions, so he hands the phone back. I start asking about the interest rate and I tell him that he can't assure anyone a bank will approve my uncle in 6 months and that I would have to think about it so he cuts me off again and tells me that I need to talk to my uncle and tell him I don't want to help him, I get annoyed and I tell him that I should not have to say anything to my uncle and I hung up on him. This left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. I did not appreciate the conversation at all, and it felt like an ambush. This call was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it really upset me that the finance guy was trying to make me uncomfortable by having me be the one to tell my uncle I did not want to cosign. After talking to my uncle and mom (she was also present) they told me that they both told the finance guy not to call me and my uncle had told him that if he could not get approved then that was that but that he did not feel comfortable asking me to do something like that.

Purchased new vehicle February 2023.
Purchased new vehicle February 2023. Developed paint bubble within 12 months which burst. Paint is flaking off an ever-increasing area on the front of the vehicle. This dealership refused to correct the defect.
