Called yesterday morning for a warranty related issue on my F250. For reasons I do not understand, an appointment for an F250 required someone from Kearny Mesa Ford to call me back, supposedly in a few minutes. I waited over 6 hours and did not receive a call. So I called them. Despite their greeting claiming they are open until 8PM, only the sales department is open. They offered no assistance whatsoever. It's now the following morning, over 24 hours from my initial call. No one called so I scheduled an appointment on their website, explaining what happened. Within minutes I received a text that they were reaching out regarding the recall request for my F150. I explained I have an F250 and was simply trying to schedule service. A few minutes later I finally received an actual phone call. Their first available appointment is Feb 9th, 18 days from now. So I called Mossy Ford. They can see me this Monday, and offered a free loaner vehicle.

We went to look at new Broncos, The sales consultant
We went to look at new Broncos, The sales consultant Michael Croom was very attentive. He did not pressure me into looking at something else, we described what we wanted he took us to the back lot we looked a few different Broncos. We found the color & package we wanted, went on a test drive. Went in negotiated a deal. Michael made this experience pleasurable. I would go to him again and recommend him to anyone.

While Dito, the sales consultant was extremely friendly
While Dito, the sales consultant was extremely friendly and worked with us to find a car with the options I wanted. I disliked the financing experience. I told financing I wanted to use my bank for the finance, but he lied to me and said I would lose the $500 military rebate. He forced on us a bank with a higher APR even with my great credit. I refinanced right away, but its still a nuisance. Next, I agreed to sign all the paperwork electronically, which I now would now never recommend, as I left without getting a copy of the sale or being able to properly review the fine details. After repeatedly calling the next day I finally had it emailed to me. This dealership uses typical sale markups, adding things no one wants, that is annoying and takes away from the buying experience.

Ramon was my service adviser and he made sure to do everything in his power to make sure I left satisfied. He double checked my warrantee to make sure everything I thought was accurate and actually corrected me on some miscommunications! Thank you Ramon!!
