Techs can?t be trusted.
When I left the dealership, the low oil light kicked on. Pulled into Walmart, checked the stick. No oil present. Added 3 quarts then and went home since yall were closed. Low oil light came on again. So long story short yall sent me out with no oil after taking 3k for the job.

Went in for oil change service, air filter changed and trans serviced. Tires also rotated as recommended. On way home tire pressue light came on showing low air in left front (thought this was part of service to check tire pressure) When I got home i added air but indictaor light still on showing low pressue had not changed. Then went to screen where all tires are shown and the left rear pressure was at 45 so obviously when tires were rotated somebody forgot to change the setting. Bought a manual tire pressure guage for future use to make sure I am getting correct info

Great salesman and new SUV
I purchased a 2023 Buick Envision! I am in love! My salesman, Tommy Waters was awesome from beginning to end! He went out of his way to answer all my question, phone or messages and gave me the best deal ever! He went over all the details of the car and how they worked! Made sure my I phone was set up! I am not good with anything technical so he was such a help! Even when I got home and wanted to order floor mats he helped me with that! If u r interested in purchasing a new or used car Tommy Waters is the person to talk to! I will definitely do business with Paul Thigpen and using Tommy Waters as my salesperson!
