Son unos estafadores…y mentirosos me vendieron un auto que no valía la pena ..confié en sus palabras porque tienen poder de convencimiento y al final del auto solo servía la carrocería..luego llamó me dicen que me van a dar respuesta que van hablar con el maneyer para valorar y ver qué pueden hacer me cansé de esperar la llamada y jamás pero bueno siempre e pensado que el tiempo de Dios es perfecto y cada persona lo miden con la misma bara que miden y que se acuerdan el carma existe…jamás le desearé el mal que dios los bendiga pero pronto ese negocio debe caer con tantos engaños…bendiciones y lo mejor del mundo para la partia de estafadores y mentirosos …🙏 solo pidan suerte que la van a necesitar…..

Eddie Valdez And Manny At Karzilla Auto Asked Me If I Could Prove I Lived In Miami, Fl And I Told Them THREE Times I Could Not And I Told Eddie Valdez And Manny Six Times, Six Times I Wanted To CANCEL THE DEAL To Buy The BMW And Every Single Time Eddie Valdez And Manny Said “That’s Okay, Just Sign The Paperwork Your Auto Loan Has Been Approved And We Will Put The Tag On Your Vehicle And You Can Go The Automotive Credit Corporation Has Approved Your Auto Loan” Eddie Valdez And Manny Already Had My $3500 Cash Down Payment And I Said “I Want My $3500 Cash Down Payment Back And I Want To Cancel The Auto Loan Deal” And Eddie Valdez And Manny Refused To Refund My $3500 And Put The Tag Registered To Me On The Vehicle And Said It Was Mine And Then SIXTEEN DAYS Later Karzilla Auto Repossessed My Vehicle Saying That I Did Not Have Proof I Lived In Miami, Florida And I Called Eddie Valdez And Requested My $3,500 Cash Down Payment Refunded And Eddie Valdez And Karzilla Motors Refused To Refund My $3,500 Cash Down Payment. I Filed A Report With The FBI And I Filed A Report With The Broward County Sheriffs Office And I Am Suing Karzilla Motors For Monetary Damages And For Extraordinary Mental And Emotional Pain And Distress. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM KARZILLA AUTO IN OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA

This dealer stole My money. They sold me the car with 99690 Miles. When i check the car fax it had 211 000 Miles 2 months before they sold me the car. I trusted them signing all documents. Big mistake. Stay away from them .

Terrible business ethic, got into a car that stopped working maybe 2 weeks into working and they took the car back wont give me any type of refund and told me that was the nature of the used car business i know some of you will overlook the reviews and assume its just a disgruntled customer but I encourage you to honestly find somewhere else to shop and save yourself the headache and disrespect

Everette was great! He sold us a decent car for our son, good value, works fine. He spelled out the price breakdown for us in a clear manner, no surprises, and he was a pleasure to do business with, as far as customer courtesy and overall attitude. Good experience!

This dealership is full of crap, I bought a car back in January 2023 in feb 2023 am driving to a wedding car stops on me I called to speak with the owner they place me on hold and am still holding When I finally spoke with a guy I mentioned to him that my car stopped and it’s not turning back on he told me to let him call someone and he will return my call back. He did call back and said that they are not responsible for anything of that nature am so upset because later on the week I took it to the mechanic and he stated it was the engine am so upset that the amount of my down payment will be half of what an engine would cost and I guess I failed there but I would never go there again if they were the last resort. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and it should not even be licensed to service anyone in the state of Florida. These guys are nowhere near professional and that is starting with the managers down to every salesperson that works there. Their license #: RETL-000556-2021 needs to be revoked immediately. And the fact that they are licensed to do business in the city of Oakland Park is a shame for the city. I have been scammed by this dealership for about $2950 not including $30 that I spent when I filled the tank of vehicle right before they asked me to bring it back because insurance would not cover it. On February 23, 2023, I walked in this dealership coming from Miami not knowing better that this whole place is a make up for a scamming business. I was sold a rebuilt 2018 BMW 330I with recovered theft branded title vehicle by Jordan. I had my mother present with me on day of purchase and even when we requested Carfax several times. They would not even test drive any of the cars or tell if they are rebuilt unless you actually push them. Worst Jordan was requesting for my referred insurance agent who is the nicest person ever, really should have no business with these scammers on status of vehicle that he was selling. In this dealership, you are not allowed to talk because Jordan would hate to get management mad even when you are spending cash for a vehicle. Bottomline, just barely a day later after purchase insurance denied physical coverage because of vehicle history although the car looks brand new which is where they get their customers. Suddenly, I received a call to bring car back. I did my due diligence and brought vehicle back with promise they would get me into another vehicle with transfer. Oh, and be ready to spend day there if you are looking to buy a car. They transferred me to a 2015 Mercedes that broke down barely 5 minutes after dealership drive off. Of course, they promised to fix but instead took keys with registration in my name and tried to increase down payment. They had me seat down for hours and were going to try get me to close another broken deal. Inititialy, they promised to at least give half of money back but then since it got late and I got tired of hanging around, I figured out their game and called the police no one was willing to provide any services from there. Thought I had forgot my wallet in car and they moved the benz without even telling me so when I then requested for it, salesperson would not because apparently I now had call the police sort of a threat. Jordan is so good at having you turn in circles just to get nowhere and Alex is very good at playing his racial white card with police until realizing that keeping my wallet would lead to a bigger deal no longer just a civil matter. Soon, I called police the promise to return funds which I have recorded no longer exist. I will be taking this matter to court to retrieve my money back and this business should definitely be shut down as soon as possible and license should be revoked.

HE TOOK 879 PUT TOWARDS THEE CAR DOWN PAYMENT AND 370 TOWARDS NY INSURANCE... TOLD ME THE CAR IS IN GREAT CONDITION IT WWAS MAINTENANCE ALREADY JUST TO FIND OUT .... THE CAR WAS A LEMONE .... THE FULL ELECTRIC CORDS COVER WAS NOT ON IT. , THEE BACK BREAK LIGHTS WAS NOT WORKING, THE CAR KEPT JERKING EVERYTIMEE I CAMEE TO A Stop ON BREAK ... THE CAR WAS LAGGING... WHEN I XRANK CAR UP IT WAS A HISSSING SOUNDD ... MIMD YOU HE WOULDNT LET ME TEST DDRIVE THE CAR HE KEPT SAYING THEY HAD TO DO PAPERWORK FIRST ON IT ...IT WAS LATE NIGHT AROUND 730PM I had my newborn with me and my 1 year old. Was literally at the car shop since 1030 that morning. 900 am thee next day ... Which is today January 10. 2023 I take thew car back upset because I have my kidds the car JERKING and it dangerous for my kids ... The owner next to steeve comes out telling at me "xxxx this U don't make money no way, it's a dam car you ain't have no money no way and called me ungrateful" when I say he was rude HE WAS RUDE! AND TELLS ME NOTHING WRING WITH THE CAR ...WHEN I TELL HIM GO DRIVE IT HE SAYS NO xxxx OUTTA HERE BE DOEST NEEDS TOO ! THEY TOOK THE CARE DIDNT EVEN LET ME DRIVE TO TAKE ME AND MY KIDS THINGS BACK. THAT WAS IN THE CAR .... STEEVE , MARQUISE (LUIS) AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE REPORTED ASAP ... THEN HE LOEN ABOUT HIS NAME AND TELLING PEOPLE HE NO LONGER WORKS THERE YET HE STILL DOES. Then had the audacity to tell me he don't want business with me and not putting money into the car at all they gonna put it back on the lot and sold as is... 2013 pearl brown 3 series 328i BMW! Horrible . Scammers. Liars. You’ll have more fun setting your money on fire. They are beyond awful. The price on the website is the CASH price. They sold me a 2018 jetta that was filthy. As soon as I saw they didn’t bother to wash it (as they promised to) I knew it was downhill because if they overlooked that , what else did they overlook? Answer: a xxxx ton! They brushed it off as little fixes.. yet I have a 2 page list. I couldn’t even drive the car At night because the headlight was out. I can keep going but it Would be a Novel if I wrote in detail everything wrong with this place. To say Karzilla is unprofessional would be giving them a compliment. They are flat out lying scammers who will swindle anyone for a dollar.
