After nearly a year-long nightmare, I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this service department. I brought my car in for a transmission replacement under warranty, and what followed was beyond unacceptable. Over the course of several months, they claimed to have installed three different transmissions, yet the vehicle was never properly repaired. In the end, they even put the original faulty transmission back into my car. I was told by the service manager that a new transmission had been installed—this was completely false. When I contacted them to tow the car back to their service center because it was unsafe to drive, I was told they could no longer help me. Absolutely appalling, especially considering the vehicle was still under warranty. I ultimately took my car to Fred Anderson Hyundai in Greer, SC, where it was repaired correctly on the first attempt. They even provided photos of the replacement transmission, clearly showing my car’s VIN number engraved on it. This directly contradicts the statements made by the original service manager. I now have proof that the service manager lied. This is not just bad service—it’s dishonest and negligent. If you're considering bringing your car here for service: don’t. Save yourself the time, frustration, and risk.

Filled out their form for "an offer in minutes" on selling my 2024 Lexus with low miles in mint condition. Fast forward to the next day, I have to call them back to see what their offer was going to be. Despite being advertised as a "competitive offer" it was the lowest offer I had received yet by a large margin. Don't waste your time with these guys, there's other dealers out there that will be way more accommodating. Lol

Avoid AutoNation Hyundai of Columbia (310 Greystone Blvd). After bringing my Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai in for a transmission issue, I endured 18 months of failed repairs, false documentation, ignored calls, and out-of-pocket costs. The dealership even reinstalled my original defective transmission without telling me. I ultimately filed a small claims suit and won a $7,420 judgment against them. Proceed with caution.
