They serviced my Hyundai and did what was needed.
They serviced my Hyundai and did what was needed. We had to wait to talk to a service advisor. While waiting, an employee nearly opened a customer car door into my car. We were told that the required service would take one and one half hours to complete. Three and one half hours latter, we left the waiting room to see what was taking so much additional time. Our car was done, but no one bothered to come into the waiting room and tell us. That was a little aggravating. It seems that there was only one service advisor that day instead of four. Two had called in sick and one quit. My three stars rating is for the maintenance performed and not customer care. Hope, next time, I will receive a little better customer service.

Took my Palisade in for regular service.

Can't go lower than 1 Star, but I would.
Can't go lower than 1 Star, but I would. My issue is the service department and the attitudes of their employees. I brought my 2024 Hyundai in due to acceleration issues, HUD display going on and cluster display blinking. It was there for 3 weeks, when I get a call that a loaner vehicle was ready for pickup. The service tech working on my personal vehicle brought the loaner vehicle out and told me the tire pressure was low and he would take it back and add air. Half way home I noticed that my tire pressure was F-36/27 R-27/26....he never added air to my tires. A week later my car was ready for pickup. Drove it for approximately 8 days and now...it's back at Hyundai for the same acceleration issues! This time it's been 9 days with no employee contacting me to let me know what's going on. So I decided to go to the dealership today to see what's going on and I'm told that the person working on my vehicle no longer works there. It's been at Hyundai for a total of 43 days. This time, I have not been offered a loaner vehicle and they have not reached out to me. I absolutely like the look of this vehicle but the mechanical and the service employees at the Abercorn location has made me despise Hyundai and I'm currently working to rid myself of this nuisance.
