Fixing my Saab

I brought my Saab in for service on Tues - Jan 24 cause the power steering flluid was leaking. They took the car in on time-they were able to find the part to make the repairs. They are keeping my Saab running thank heavens. Always satisfied.

A Confidence Builder!

I brought my car in to have an oil change and a 50K checkup. Max Johnson, my Service Advisor, noted I was 4 quarts of oil low. My oil light had not come on! He had the oil change done and told me to come back in about a month to check the oil again. This time he had an oil consumption test done. It confirmed an issue already identified by GM. The Pistons had to be replaced and the sealings had to be redone. Upon ordering parts needed, Max called me and told me to bring the car in. I brought it in first thing in the morning with an estimate of a 2 day wait on completion. I was given a courtesy car and went about my business. That afternoon, Max called me and told me the work was completed! I'm thankful Max pursued the issue, had it diagnosed and repaired. Once again, Dick Norris and their staff had strengthened my confidence in their Service Dept. Furthermore, I will definitely be purchasing all my future GMC cars from Dick Norris. Thank you all!

Excellent group and great to work with I will continue to work and be associated with Norris. I can't envision dealing any other place with my GMC truck.

Fast and efficient

My first visit to a Buick Dealer since I moved from New York, I was happy with the greeting from the staff and they got me signed in right away. It took just 45 minutes to diagnose my problems and give me options for solving them. After I decided how I wanted to do things they offered me a car to use for the 4-5 hours they needed to fix things. I wasn't happy that it would cost so much, but when the dealer works on your car they do it right and back their work. It's a week now and everything is fine.

Excellent service

Had a intake manifold gasket replaced,transmission filter and seal and new fluid replaced,new plugs and wires,replaced, new tires, new brakes, and new starter, on a 2000 car with 152,000 miles, and was very satisfied with the work and speed to accomplished all the work. The prices were competive with other service providers in the area. Max was very friendly and easy to work with, and offered suggestions on the repairs. Will be back again for any other repairs if needed...Jerry Kinsey. PS that ice cream is the most expensive in Florida(haha)

Excellent service

Service rep kept me informed of the status of my car and also advised me of upcoming needs ( brake/transmission service). Also added this information and costs to my receipt. Please note...it is Linda (wife) who is primary driver and who comes in for service.

A/C service and brake job.

I scheduled A/C service with Lenny. The mechanic discovered I needed brake service during the service call. Lenny arranged to schedule the brake service the same day and arranged to take me home because of the extra time required for getting my car fixed the same day to avoid another trip. Everyone who worked for Dick Norris were very helpful and cooperative. Thanks. Don Armstrong

Honest good service

Had an issue with my battery being dead just months after I purchased it and it is certifies al the manager at the used part wrote it off as he understood how it should of been changed since it was 3 years since the battery was put in . Nate in the service department has worked with me the last couple times since I've brought in my car and made the process easy and got the battery changed quick appreciate both of them ! Also John who sold me the car is the best finance person I've ever worked with was honest and made me aware of everything going on

Because the car is a leased vehicle take it it to Lenny to do what is necessary. He has been servicing my autos since he was at Stone Buick in Clearwater.
