I had an awesome customer experience with Brent today.

I had an awesome customer experience with Brent today. I was just leaving the dealership after an oil change, and as I pulled out of the lot, I accidentally ran over the curb of a loading dock on an adjacent business. This caused my vehicle to scrape the entire bottom of the vehicle as I drove over it. Brent noticed me checking my vehicle for damage and he offered to put it on a lift to see if there was any damage. He did a quick inspection of the vehicle, which luckily didn't have any major damage, and he even ran it through the car wash for me! Brent went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! This will keep me coming back to Tasca Buick GMC Palm Harbor. Thanks Brent!

Low pressure environment, which is refreshing.

Low pressure environment, which is refreshing. I had a very specific configuration I wanted and they took the time to contact other dealerships and did not try to sway me into compromising. Resulted in a fair negotiation and gives on both side to make a deal happen. They were also very accommodating to several test drives and reviews of the vehicles.

Great sales Team.

Great sales Team. Jamie sales representative was outstanding, making sure all my needs were met to the end. Frank the GM made sure all my request were made and pricing was excellent and very fair. The finance Manager Melonie was outstanding as well. Explained all the Benefits I can get and was professional and made the closing package flawless. Thank you all for your patience and outstanding customer service. I will highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.
