Service Tech Marty kept me informed of what was happening

Service Tech Marty kept me informed of what was happening with the repairs to my vehicle. Shuttle driver Phil was helpful when I was getting into and out of the shuttle. Everyone else was polite and helpful, holding the door open for me as I I have to use a walker to navigate.

Chapman Chevrolet ripped me off.

Chapman Chevrolet ripped me off. Overcharged me for a new key for my 2022 Equinox. Then charge me $200 t program it, and then wanted to charge me extra for the top portion of the Key that comes with it! I'm filling a report with the Arizona state Attorney General, AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHAPMAN, except for warranty work! They are a bunch of CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fisher Chevrolet was a Class Act And TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service rep (Marty Padilla) was very helpful and had parts that they did not have in stock shipped from another dealer.

Disappointed

Horrible parts and service , paid over $200.00 for a multipoint vehicle inspection report and they said that I needed to replace a part on the vehicle; so I paid over $1400.00 dollars to replace a part that it didn’t need because a few days later the same issue started. So we took it back and they said we had to pay for another multipoint vehicle inspection because the one they had done a couple of days before wasn’t good enough; so we ended up paying over $200.00 dollars again just for them to say it was an exposed wire. Another thing is that when we asked for the old part that they had replaced, they wouldn’t give it to us they said they had already had gotten rid of the part. They could have at least showed the old part to me so at least I know that they did replace the part. So I paid pretty close to $2000.00 for something that my vehicle didn’t need….

Great service. All departments a!

The best service I have ever had with a car de aler. All personal were helpful and courteous, especially Joe Portida. Joe is a exceptional person. His help was impeccable.
