The service department has always done a great job

The service department has always done a great job getting my car taken care of in a timely manner. They do a great job of keeping me informed as to what needs to be taken care of. However, I didn't appreciate the several attempts by others in the organization to try to get me to trade in my car.

Nora was fantastic, everyone we came into contact with

Nora was fantastic, everyone we came into contact with was very easy to deal with. The car was prepped and ready to pick up. Overall Subaru of North Tampa did a great job. My wife and I enjoyed meeting Nora, we will be stopping by in May for a visit.

This dealer genuinely has the most transparency and no-games experiences of all of the dealers I have visited. I would advocate for this dealer if you’re in the market for a Subaru.

During my tire rotation, they did not fill my tires with

During my tire rotation, they did not fill my tires with air even though they had low tire pressure. I commented that there looked to be some liquid adhesive or oil dripping down the inside of my windshield on the passenger side. They cleaned it up but left smears and told me to avoid parking in the sun to prevent it from occurring again (keep in mind I live in Florida). They did a good job at cleaning the outside of my car, being quick with the service, and keeping me updated on its progress.

Evan was amazing! From the initial phone conversation, from the moment we showed up, finalized the deal and all the time in between. Evens knowledge and willingness to help with every detail made a time consuming event smooth and seamless! Even went above and beyond. 50 STARS!!!

Braden was very helpful answering all of my questions

Braden was very helpful answering all of my questions when I made my first visit to learn more about owning a Subaru. He was very patient, low pressure and pleasant to work with. When I decided to purchase a Subaru, he was, again, very patient and low pressure about when I would make my decisions. I appreciate that he was willing to contact me via text, and asked before calling. I would say he is the least "salesman" car salesman I have ever dealt with, and I mean this in the most positive way possible. If you are considering a Subaru from this location, and are more of an introvert, I recommend working with Braden.
