Called and texted them.

Called and texted them. Guess they don't like selling cars or don't really have what they show. Not good.

2011 chevy volt with 3 accidents airbag not work

They are trying to sell the 2011 chevy volt a car with multiple accidents, air bag didn't deploy during those accidents. The dealer didn't mention a single word about those accidents in their online post. I had to pay 40 dollars for a carfax report to find that out myself. DO NOT TRUST these slimy "car castle" guys. Anything good coming from them is probably too good to be true!

Dishonest, No Integrity, Slimey

Well... I'm the idiot who initially gave this place five stars. Read on for an update... I purchased a cheap car ($4k) for the kids (new drivers). This was my first time buying a used car by myself. The day I brought the car home, the engine light came on so I took it to my local mechanic who has serviced my vehicles for 25 years .He gave me a laundry list of major issues that would cost me about $3k to fix. All of these issues made the car unsafe to drive. I made an appointment to return to the dealership. Since I was within the 15 day time limit, I just wanted my money back. Car Castle refused. They kept saying that my mechanic was just trying to make money off of me by trying the make the car brand new. This haggling went on for hours, yet they refused to talk to my mechanic about the issues. They also claimed that the issues weren't that bad and didn't really affect the driveability of the car. Umm, I think the radiator, gas tank, catalytic converter, exhaust, and springs (to name a few of problems) are pretty important! Under the advice of my mechanic, I called the police. This is definitely not the path I originally wanted to take, but I felt as though Car Castle gave me no choice. Once the police came, I had my money within 30 minutes. This was an awful experience. Car Castle should not be allowed to remain in business and continue to scam and take advantage of people. They are slimy, dishonest, lack any integrity and took complete advantage of me and my situation.

Don't do it.

Bought a car from them. Thank god for the Illinois law of 15 day, 500 mile warranty because the trans is going out. I emailed them, still awaiting a response to see if they are going to cure the situation. Do yourself a favor, take video logs of things you notice in the first 15 days you have the car. That's what I did. My attorney says I have a leg to stand on because of it. Take video of mileage, with date stamp so it shows the trouble is recent and still within the return period. Just had the trans checked by Honda, they said a "masking additive" was in the CVT fluid, and this trans has been going out for a while. This place seems like that stereotype 1950's used car conman type. Hopefully I'm wrong, and I get to update this saying how great they are.

When you purchase a car from Car Castle you're taking a...

When you purchase a car from Car Castle you're taking a HUGE gamble on quality. I purchased a car for over $5000 and explicitly asked them "does this car have any mechanical issues"? And they told me it doesn't have any mechanical issues. One month later I found out the car is incapable of being driven on the highway because it has a FAULTY TRANSMISSION that will cost almost $3000 to fix. I know the transmission didn't deteriorate over one month because I don't normally have to drive over 50mph but the instant I actually take the car somewhere that's over 50mph the RPMs stutter and the car jerks, it drives fine below 50mph and that's all of the driving I've done over the past month until recently. I know it has to have had this issue since the day I bought it from their garbage lot. I told the dealership owner Anmol Khindri, (Google his name you'll find some interesting information...) about what's going on with my car because I assumed he has a shred of integrity in what he does for a living and would be willing to help me resolve the issue. Nope, he told me there's literally NOTHING he can do to help me. Literally nothing. They will sell you a faulty car and won't even take a little bit of responsibility for it. They will sell you a dangerous car that could break down any moment. Are you really willing to take that risk? Also they sell all of their cars for $1000 more at the dealership compared to online, in hopes of making bank on people who didn't even see the online price.
