Acura in Seekonk worst dealership ever.

Acura in Seekonk worst dealership ever. Bought 2019 Lincoln mkc for 17000. I was told by sales rep everything was there according to the sticker. Well when I got home I tried to close the shade on the sunroof and clips moved but no shade?? I then text the sales rep and was going to look into it. Well never got back to me I had to keep texting her and finally was told I had to pay an extra 1700?? I then pursued it more after 9 phone calls with no response I drove there to speak to manager. Said he would work on it. Still nothing. I have proof with the sticker and have documented all the calls I made. Communication was awful. Once you leave this dealership they obviously don’t care. It’s awful in this day and age they treat people this way. I’m still trying to for shade hopefully some one will help me and do the right thing. Every one please be careful of this place think twice before you go there. Will never recommended them to anyone. Very sad.

This dealership sold me a car recently and the shade to the sunroof is missing. I have called numerous times and spoken to manager and still no resolution No one called back. Promises from the manager Bobby still no response. Will try again tomorrow. Worst service ever. If any one can help me with problem please do. I’m still going to keep trying. Be very careful with this dealership. Ty

Our Salesman was Aaron Maldonado. He provided excellent customer. He was very down to earth and welcoming. I would deal with him again and again. Very knowledgeable of the cars features.

The Best service yet!

The Best service yet! I found my perfect car, except it was too far for a test drive. After confirming that it was available, my husband put me on the next flight out. Derek picked me up at the airport IN THE CAR! I was so excited. It was love at first sight with this little Beetle. It was clean, detailed inside and out. I could have sworn the headlight “winked” at me as it drove up to the curb. Derek was completely knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle. He showed patience, with my never ending interrogation of the process. We went over all past maintenance services to ensure that the car had been properly maintained. Very professional. We have purchased many new cars over the years and expect a certain level of service but Derek at Grieco Acura took service to another level. It was personable and he showed genuine care making sure that all of my concerns were adequately addressed. This included the shipping process, ensuring that mine was the best experience possible. My car was delivered on time and in great condition. Hats off to Derek and Grieco Acura.

Derek at this dealership went above and beyond.

Derek at this dealership went above and beyond. My wife and I were looking for a very specific car the day we walked in. Unfortunately the one of the lot was sold the night before. Derek took my information and a fee days later called me before the car was even ready to let me know my dream car was on the lot for a possible trade in! Within 3 days I drove off the lot with that car because he knew how much we wanted it. Went above and beyond to keep my number in case it pulled up! 10/10 would send anyone to Derek!

I went to Greico Acura because I’d purchased my last two

I went to Greico Acura because I’d purchased my last two vehicles from them, and both times it was a great experience. This time, the salesperson didn’t know the car she was trying to sell us, she lied blatantly about the interest rate, and selling a car seemed like a game to her. When buying a car, one expects courtesy, honesty, and follow through. This experience was not that. I am still waiting for my registration, over two weeks later, and when I called about it, the same salesperson told me she would get some information and call me back the same day. She did not. I called the sales manager, who did not call me back, so I called again, the next day. I got a return call that afternoon. He offered an insincere apology, and told me to call him personally should I have more issues. My overall experience with this dealership is diametrically opposite to those I’ve had previously. This time, the staff lied, and they seemed to have no interest in making me happy, rather than, it was all about making a sale. I will be driving to Acura in Warwick for all my car’s maintenance, and they will probably get my business when I trade in the vehicle for the next. One thing is for sure, I am done with Greico Acura.

We recently received emails and calls from Grieco Acura, Seekonk, to come in to the dealership for deals as both our 2023 RDX and MDX leases are maturing. The promotion posted deals of $139 for RDX and $229 for MDX - which naturally peeked our curiosity as our current leases are quadruple those amounts! However, Craig, the salesperson we met today, was outright condescending when we highlighted the posted deals and suggested that we need to consider Toyota Corolla if we’re considering such rates! We told him that was totally uncalled for especially when those are rates being advertised by Greico themselves! He later shared with us a proposed quote for a new RDX but called it a “STUPID” deal and quickly withheld the hardcopy of the quote when we wanted to take it home with us to deliberate. We are appalled by his crude and crass behavior and left immediately! When we called to highlight this unacceptable sales behavior, the manager named “Bobby” completely missed the point of our call and focused on the quote instead of the issue of the shockingly poor customer service! This experience is beyond unprofessional and disappointing as the service rendered back in 2022-2023 by the then salesperson named “Andrew” was so excellent that we decided to take up both the RDX and MDX! Grieco Acura needs to seriously step-up on their customer service! We’ve decided to take our business elsewhere instead and will certainly not going to recommend this dealership to anyone!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT drive from a long distance to

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT drive from a long distance to test drive a car here... because good chance is it will NOT be available. Yesterday afternoon (Sunday), I messaged them about the availability of a car. The online sales associate (Ashley Adams) confirmed it was available and scheduled me for a test drive at 10am Monday when the sales floor first opens. I specifically told her to let me know if it sells so I don't waste a trip there. This morning (Monday) I get not one but two calls from Mike at the dealership to confirm I am still coming in... his second call was when I was literally 3 minutes from getting to the dealership. I get there at 9:57am and go inside to get the test drive under way... a sales associate goes to get the key fob and comes back a few minutes later to tell me the car was actually sold, How on earth is the communication at this dealership so bad!?!? I drove 45 minutes with SAME DAY reassurance that the car was available and in fact, it wasn't. Stay far away from this dealership and do business with one who can communicate well.

I recently encountered a tragic unexpected repair on my

I recently encountered a tragic unexpected repair on my car. Greg in service showed true empathy and helped me out with pricing and a loaner car. He seemed to be there on his own time to make sure all customers were attended to also. Greg made the tragic news for me a little better, explaining the details of the cars situation and making sure I had a car to drive while other issues with car was being attended to and had to stay at dealership. Thank you Greg for doing all you could with me and was much appreciated.

Adrian and Nathalie were truly exceptional! From the moment we walked in, they were both welcoming and incredibly friendly. My husband and I came in searching for something specific, and Adrian not only helped us find it, but he went above and beyond. He was patient, taking the time to explore all our options with us. Once we made our decision, the handoff to Nathalie was seamless. She was a joy to work with, making what could have been a long process—especially with children in tow—so much smoother. We really appreciated their professionalism and warmth throughout the entire experience!
