I received excellent service and the Service Advisor, Jonathan was very professional and friendly. I thought he did an exceptiional job explaining what was done! I really like this dealership!

Had our first service appointment on our new KIA SOUL,

Had our first service appointment on our new KIA SOUL, and the crew at Coughlin was outstanding. Fast, friendly, and helpful in every way. Jeff at check-in listened carefully, and explained everything. Car looked like new right after, thanks to the complimentary car wash and vacuum job. Excellent surroundings inside while waiting, too - snacks and soft drinks and TV and magazines. Terrific!

Service department needs to better follow up on parts

Service department needs to better follow up on parts that are supposed to be ordered. Two separate times we’ve had to have parts ordered and find out when we get to our scheduled service appt. They hadn’t been ordered.

Aidan did a fantastic job.

Aidan did a fantastic job. He knew I didn't want to spend all day there and he got me in/out very quickly with a car I am thrilled about.
