Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died

Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that has expired, so the young lady told me it would be $235.00 and some change to DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG. I questioned "it is 235.00 to tell me what is wrong?" She said yes. I have never heard of this in my life. Charging just to tell you what is wrong, and then who knows what the service fee would be to fix whatever the problem was. Of course I said no. Seems like a bit of a scam. Usually, you send something to get fixed, they tell you THEN what the problem is and how much to fix it. This is double dipping on their part. Very nice people there and helpful but really?

Everything was very smooth and hassle free. There was no pressure from Nolan to purchase my new car. The least stressful experience I have ever had at a car dealership!

Very comfortable and welcoming dealership that takes the time to understand your needs and wants. Worked with Johnny and Joe to get the truck I wanted and they also made it worthwhile with my trade in. Johnny was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns with respect and knowledge of the vehicle. Also reassured how the dealership treats the customer like family. Joe was quick with needed information, worked on giving the best deal, and gave clarity on the operations of the dealership which helped me feel good about the decisions I made. Also went out of his way to help move my tonneau cover over to my new truck. Tony was quick and answered any questions I had about financing and stayed way over time to make sure all paperwork was clear and concise. Couldn't be happier with the customer service!! Check them out!!

Johnny was friendly and prompt!

Johnny was friendly and prompt! He took his time, showing us many different models. He was able to answer all of our questions. We ended up with a newer vehicle than what we were originally looking for and couldn't flbe happier!

Friendly staff, no pressure atmosphere, Cameron was upfront and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. Joe, the manager was extremely friendly and checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was going fine. Tony in finance had all the papers ready so the process went quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend considering Tasca Buick GMC for your next purchase.
