Excellent service!

Excellent service!! I was trying to make an appointment to have a recall on my Ford Fusion and the girl was so sweet! She told me no problem we will come pick your car up FREE and return when it is done! And they did!

Everyone was very pleasant and made the process as

Everyone was very pleasant and made the process as enjoyable as it could be. Mario is really down to earth so the experience not as contentious as I was expecting. It was actually pretty enjoyable. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Mario. Juan in finance was also a pleasure to work with and Andy made the whole thing happen. Thank you very much for the awesome new truck.

BUT REALLY WHO LIKES THERE FAST FOOD MEAL R8GHT AWAY WHEN YOU PULL UP TO THE DRIVE THREW WINDOW! NOT ME THATS FOR SURE! ALSO THEY ARE 100 PERCENT WAY AHEAD OF KERNEY MESA FORD. I brought my truck to Chula Vista Ford for an oil light

I brought my truck to Chula Vista Ford for an oil light issue that was never fixed, despite being told otherwise. The problem only got worse—my radio, Bluetooth, and sensors stopped working—and I was told the part was on backorder for months. Despite being under warranty, I was not provided a rental vehicle and was left driving my malfunctioning truck for nearly three months. Communication was equally poor. Every time I called, my service advisor was unavailable, and promises of call-backs were ignored. Only after I demanded the part number did the “backorder” suddenly disappear and the part became available. When I finally got my truck back, it had been returned in unacceptable condition. My belongings were tossed around, my dashcam was unplugged, and my phone mount was moved. This dealership showed no professionalism, no urgency in resolving issues, and no respect for my property. I do not recommend Chula Vista Ford for any service or purchase.
