Within past week I have contacted this dealership 3 times

Within past week I have contacted this dealership 3 times but to no avail. I have spoken to a person personally, responded to a marketing email in response to.my request for information and yesterday chatted with a live person online , who promised me that they will reach out to their team and get back to me. For the record , I have been in the market for a vehicle for almost 6 months . Before this was Honolulu Volkeswagen. What I discovered is that they don't want to sell vehicles because they don't want to m make a reasonable deal. And what i attribute this to is that the sales people in this town are immature , untrained , unprofessional individuals who just want to drag you in to the dealership and waste your time and give you a headache. The vehicle in this case is a brand new 2023 model. 2025 model year is right around the corner. But they would not answer a simple question via email because they think all car buyers are fool's that would be trapped in their nefarious ways of doing business. I have news for you. If this vehicle didn't sell for 2 years , it ain't selling . How dumb do you have to be to realize that and try to make a deal or just respond to a prospective serious customer? I guess greed blinds all these immature and unprofessional sales people and obviously with the blessings of equally worse management.

I have dealt with this dealership before as they carry

I have dealt with this dealership before as they carry other high end brands of cars for which I have. In short, they are lousy for a car purchase and equally bad or worse for service needs. If you call during business hours, typically you get an automated answering machine which will direct you to, "service" where you will get another answering machine where your directed to leave a message and they will call you back. I did that and they didn't call back. I then emailed their service writer about an upcoming appointment and he never called back. they have a fancy building and sell high end brands, but they "all show and no go", and don't give even basic service. they don't even supply fair service. they are outright bad. Lincoln should pull their franchise from this outfit and give it to a reputable company that will actually sell more then 10 cars a year and provide some of this vaunted white glove level of service Lincoln customers are supposed to get. they don't even have staff to answer the phone during normal business hours. They are just so totally subpar.

Lincoln of Honolulu

I ordered a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. When the car arrived in Honolulu, Leo (Taeho) Lee explained all the features of the vehicle. He was very personable and efficiently answered my questions. Sometimes it is hard to connect with people at Velocity. Leo changed my impression and is a primary reason for my 5 star rating. John R Turner
