Samantha impressed us initially by leaving a detailed
Samantha impressed us initially by leaving a detailed message about our lease end. We made an appointment planning to only garner information about lease or buy and look at a smaller car that was hybrid… not intending to actually finalize anything. She was very thorough and explained and ré explained some info until we understood. Russell then was involved in the finance deal. We decided to finalize the deal today due to Samantha’s vibrant and convincing attitude.
