I didn’t end up purchasing from them. YET. But Rachel was so helpful and so non-salesy! What a great interaction. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the inventory when the time is right would be totally comfortable working with Rachel and Hyundai Trenton

I was requested to bring my car in to get an appraisal

I was requested to bring my car in to get an appraisal for possible trade in for a new car. This sales person woukd not give me any information regarding cost of the new car or what they were willing to give me for my car. He just kept saying give me your numbers and I’ll give you the car $500 less. He treated me like I was an idiot and he wasted my time. I will never purchase a car from your dealership and will also let family and friends know of my experience.

Samantha at Hyundai Trenton made our Tucson Hyrbid trade in and new purchase experience the best auto experience we have had to date from all our vehicles we have had over the years. The consistent clear communication, discussions on options available to us, and finding us the vehicle we wanted with all features made it such a pleasurable experience. Also connecting with Russell gave us the assurance of the best opportunity for the upgrade and trade in. Super smooth process. When the time comes in the future down the road if we need to get another vehicle Samantha will be our first call. Highly recommend giving Samantha a call when you are ready for a new car.
