Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make us

Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Some issues arose in completing the transaction (issues that were in a large part our fault), but they worked with us and kept checking on us and letting us know what was happening. We never felt pressured. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to communicate with them about the services that were advised to be done and which ones I wanted done.

The service team was terrific.

The service team was terrific. The work was done in short order, and accompanied with a thorough description of the work done. I received great advice with how to handle future issues due to the age and vehicle model. I’m usually very leery of dealerships, but my experience has started to change my perspective.

Marissa was wonderful in taking down my service requests

Marissa was wonderful in taking down my service requests and crediting my. ill with the coupon I had. She also kept me informed of all the details of my car service needs. She answered all of my questions. The mechanic also paid attention to detail to diagnose why my car was making a rattling noise while idling

I received top notch service from the moment I walked into the service department. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing and services were clearly defined for me. I will return with confidence for years to come.

Took car in for appointment Oil change Brake

Took car in for appointment Oil change Brake check Also c/o oil consumption and engine light comes on occasionally stays on for a while then goes out. Almost 300$later had oil change n brake fluid change. After reading my online multiple point check I see a red line says requires immediate attention. PVC valve I called today and asked if this PVC valve was changed he said did we charge you for it and I said no just wondering if it was addressed he said well I’m human. I must’ve thrown it out or forgot it. The notice that is really don’t appreciate making an appointment going all the way out there and then they didn’t even address some of the things I came out there for, very inconvenient now they want over $200 to replace a PVC valve. This is a very small procedure items probably under $50. Sounds a little ridiculous to me as it should’ve been done the first time anyway this is not the first time this service in Ann Arbor is either left off bolts or service I requested to be addressed .
