Service tech said I had no issues but inspection report...

Service tech said I had no issues but inspection report said I had an oil pan leak that needs immediate attention. I would have thought she would have pointed that out since it’s a red item and schedule a followup appt.

Very dissatisfied that I had to wait over five weeks to get my car in... very bad for my choice to purchase another Hyundai. The service guys were great when I finally got in. Hard for a single woman with one car to be in that situation

Van went above and beyond outlet wildest expectations for providing excellent service. He took an incredibly frustrating situation and turned it around to find us a vehicle that fit our growing family. Not only did we walk away feeling heard and valued, but we made an incredible connection with a wonderful human.

Bought a 2018 Used Elantra, paid a decent price. Jevion Adams was terrific to work with, friendly, helpful, precise. Paid cash, so no financing hassles yet it still took 5 hours from walking in, half hour test drive for one car, and what else??? I did have them switch my old wheels onto the new purchase, but 5 hours? Way too long, it should've taken no more than 3 hours, max. This is my second purchase from Arapahoe and I have been treated very well both times, so I will very definitely give them another chance at my next purchase, with a time limit!

The staff is very friendly. But I do not recommend having work done to your car by this dealership. I bought a 2018 Elantra from this dealership and also got the prepaid maintenance package with it. My car has been in the shop at least 5 times in the three years I have owned it for the same issue. And the mechanics say they can't figure out what is wrong every time. I have also gotten my car back from them with scratches on my gauge cluster, clips on my bumper not properly secured, trash that wasn't mine inside the car and yes of all a new oil leak from parts not properly installed. Do yourself a favor and go to a different shop.
